The study evaluated 3-decade long multi-  pronged agriculture and livestock  development program named as Babrala  model aimed at alleviating poverty of rural  households. It documented the processes,  challenges, and lessons learned while  implementing by its diversified set of  implementing partners like; Uttar Pradesh  Bhumi Sudhar Nigam, Council for the  Advancement of Peoples Action, various  departments (Rural Technology, agriculture  institutions, animal husbandry etc). It  delivered a holistic replication framework  and a roadmap for replication/adoption of  the model.
