Climate change is increasingly affecting vulnerable communities through extreme weather events, resource degradation, livelihood insecurity, food system disruptions, and growing socio-economic inequalities. At Change Alliance Private Limited (CAPL), the Climate Change Adaptation Resilience (CCAR) & Livelihoods vertical works to strengthen the resilience of communities, institutions, and ecosystems through climate-responsive, inclusive, and sustainable development approaches.

We partner with governments, development agencies, donors, private sector actors, and communities to design and implement solutions that reduce climate vulnerability, strengthen adaptive capacities, and improve livelihoods for climate-sensitive populations. Our work focuses particularly on vulnerable rural communities, women, youth, smallholder farmers, and marginalized groups who are disproportionately impacted by climate change.
