The project had thrust on delivery and access of  social protection schemes to poor and vulnerable  households in the 20 identified blocks of Jharkhand. Change Alliance worked with local  NGOs and CBOs to impact more than 100,000  beneficiaries and establish financial linkages  worth INR 16 million and an insurance benefit of INR 50  million. The project also established 40  Panchayat Level Community Assistance Resource  Centre and created 20 convergence platforms  under the ages of the district and block  administration.
