CAPL is conducting endline assessment of Multilingual Education programme of Language Learning Foundation adopting a quasi-experimental design to assess the learning outcomes for the students in grade 3. We are also analysing the change in learning undergone by the students of both sets of schools (treatment and control) between the two assessments (baseline and endline) following the difference in difference approach.
